Sarina, Katelyn Earn Bronze Award

Sarina and Katelyn, of Troop 20003 in Anniston, recently earned their Bronze Award after learning about the Girl Scout recruitment process. The girls made posters, displays, crafts and passed out flyers about the new Girl Scout year. The girls attended several recruiting events to talk to girls about joining the Movement. The girls said this project helped them learn confidence and how important it is to believe in yourself.

The Girl Scout Bronze Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Junior can earn. This award recognizes that a Girl Scout Junior has gained the leadership and planning skills required to follow through with a project that makes a positive difference in her community.
