Girls Add Color to Local Soup Kitchen

What Did You Do Today? Troop 117 from Tuscaloosa has brightened many peoples’ day by displaying their own colorful masterpieces at the Tuscaloosa Community Soup Bowl. Under the direction of an artist, the troop learned to paint with oils and each completed a unique canvas. They donated their paintings to the Tuscaloosa Community Soup Bowl. Along with donating their paintings, these girls have collected cans for the Soup Bowl for six years and have volunteered to serve a meal. Thanks to the girls’ generosity, many people will be able to enjoy the cheerful dĂ©cor for years to come. Pictured: Jessie Kate, Rebekah, Emily, Meredith, Brooke, Camyrn and Makaya Not Pictured: Genae
