Troop 364 Members Earn Silver Award

Troop 364 members Julia and Shelby earned their Silver Award after creating no-sew blankets for chemotherapy and blood transfusion patients at Children’s of Alabama. To raise money for the project, the girls held a lemonade stand. Each girl was able to make & donate 11 blankets to the hospital.

The Girl Scout Silver Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn. This award symbolizes a Girl Scout Cadette’s accomplishments in Girl Scouting and community activities as she matures and works to better her life and the lives of others.
